Across The Way Bed & Breakfast at the Fassitt Mansion, located in historic Lancaster County, the heart of Amish Country, invites you to experience the history and elegance of a 19th century Victorian mansion. Once a "Safe-House" on the Underground Railroad, Fassitt Mansion built in 1845 by Captain William Fassitt where he entertained guests and hosted lavish parties. Located halfway between Philadelphia and Harrisburg, Fassitt Mansion was and still is a frequent stop for weary travelers. COMING SOON! "The Carriage House" which is currently in the final stages of restoration is the original 18th century home on the estate. This two story bungalow has it's own kitchen, fireplace and full bath to comfortably accommodate a family of four or provide a wonderful honeymoon retreat. Please Note Well mannered pets are always welcome. Please let us know when making your reservations so we may accommodate your family pet.
